To inflate balloon-
Helium- If you have purchased a helium tank to inflate these balloons please follow guidelines provided with the helium tank. Insert the nozzle into the "valve" located at the bottom of the heart, making sure you have a tight seal around the nozzle. Then inflate to desired firmness. Make sure you do not inflate too much otherwise you risk popping the balloon.

Air-
To inflate balloon with air (pump, compressor or breath) insert a straw or nozzle into the valve, making sure you have a tight seal. Then inflate to desired firmness. 
NOTE: If you are blowing the balloon up with your breath make sure that you take your time and don't rush it. It is very easy to become light headed when blowing up larger balloons!
